In accordance with the Admission Regulations of the Babeș-Bolyai University, the following fees are charged for the admission competition:

• The processing fee is charged for the organizational and communicational aspects, including possible pre-registration, and is not subject to exemption or waivers and is not refundable. Exceptions are only candidates who fall into one of the following situations: are orphans of both parents or are from foster homes (these candidates are exempt from both the processing fee and the registration fee).
• Application fee. Children of teaching and auxiliary teaching staff in active service or retired, employees and children of employees of our university (including UBB restaurants and cafeterias), the Central University Library, and the Botanical Garden are exempt from the application fee.

Fees are payable exclusively online through the admission platform. In case of withdrawal from the admission exam or studies, the processing fee, and the registration fee are not refundable. The amount of the fees will be announced later after they are approved by the Babeș-Bolyai University Senate.
