Application for tuition reimbursement for 2022

This form may be used to request tuition reimbursement for the following categories of candidates:

  1. Candidates who have been reassigned from a tuition-paying seat to a budgeted seat after the admission examination in July 2022 and who are requesting tuition reimbursement.
  2. Candidates who were admitted to a tuition-paying seat after the admission examination in July 2022 and who request a withdrawal from the tuition-paying seat to which they were admitted. These applicants must complete both the Application for Withdrawal and the Application for Tuition Refund.
  3. Applicants who request a refund of the admission fee (applicants who have paid the processing and application fee twice, applicants who request a reduction of the application fee and have provided proof that one parent is a teacher but have paid the full amount, applicants at the master’s level who have not fulfilled the conditions for participation in the selection process).

If a candidate is in one of the above situations, the fee will be refunded as follows:

The candidate fills out the form:

and uploads the following documents:

  1. request for fee refund;
  2. request for withdrawal;
  3. copy of payment receipt from the registration platform (RRN or payment order or bank statement);
  4. IBAN account of the applicant(s) (official document, scanned). A handwritten IBAN account or the parent’s IBAN account will NOT be accepted;
  5. a scanned copy of the identity card.

Applications submitted between July 27, 2022 and July 29, 2022, 11:00 a.m., will be processed and forwarded to Financial Services on July 29, 2022 for reimbursement to the applicant’s account. Requests submitted after July 29, 2022, 11:01 a.m. will be centralized at the faculty level and forwarded to UBB Financial Services after September 1, 2022.
