“Destress” is an event dedicated exclusively to first-year students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. The participants, together with the teachers, will be involved in a series of activities carried out in a semi-formal setting, activities that aim to achieve the following objectives:

• Techniques useful for effective learning (time management, stress management, etc.);
• Socialization at the student-teacher level, but also at the student-student level (from older years);
• Increasing motivation to achieve good results, starting from the first exam session.

The Hermes Society invites you, on December 10 and 11, from 12:00 noon, to the Hasdeu Student Canteen.
