Documents required for the admission to the master’s programs 2026
- Documents must be scanned in their entirety (double-sided when necessary) and the information must be legible. Only a single PDF file is uploaded for each individual document.
- In case of an incomplete file, you will be notified by e-mail on the address given when creating the user on the platform, and in the admission platform you will be able to see which documents are missing from your file! Check your e-mail (also the Spam folder)!
Scanned documents required for registration
- application form with list of options (signed) – completed online via the https://admitere.ubbcluj.ro/ platform;
- high school baccalaureate diploma and transcript of records (for diplomas accompanied by a transcript) or an equivalent diploma;
- Bachelor’s/Engineering degree and diploma supplement or equivalent diploma (including proof of equivalence of studies, if applicable) – for graduates from the current class, the preliminary bachelor’s certificate is also accepted (its transcript must show the overall average of the years of study and the average of the bachelor’s degree exam);
- birth certificate;
- identity card or passport, as applicable;
- marriage certificate or other documents attesting to a name change (if applicable);
- standard medical certificate issued by the family doctor, no older than 3 months;
- language proficiency certificate approved by UBB (see Annex 1 of the UBB Admission Regulations);
- proof of exemption from fees (registration and/or processing), issued no more than 3 months ago, in accordance with the provisions of Annex 2 of the UBB Admission Regulations (if applicable);
- declaration regarding master’s degree studies completed within the Romanian state university system (Annex 1 completed and signed);
- a portfolio in the language of the first specialization in the list of options, signed, containing:
- a Curriculum Vitae in Europass PDF format (max. 2 pages)
- a Professional and Scientific Career Development Plan according to the first specialization in the list of options (max. 2 pages)
