Abstract

In this paper we describe a method to make a Web site easier navigable by its users. In the same time, this method provides support for the Webmaster to raise the quality of the site with minimal effort. These goals are achieved by automatic creation of orientation Web pages. The new adds-on to the site are generated by exploiting the data accumulated in Web server access logs, being thereby a feedback to the users’ “footprint”. Web mining techniques are used in order to extract the meaningful information from log data.
