Class Recorder — Data Deletion Request
If you would like your data removed from the Class Recorder research dataset, please send an email to dan.cojocar [at] ubbcluj.ro with the following information:
- The nickname used in the app
- The email address associated with the account (if signed in)
- Approximate dates when recordings were made
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email. The following data will be removed:
- Voice recordings uploaded to the research dataset
- Associated metadata (nickname, age, grade, gender)
- Firebase account and authentication data
- Crash logs associated with your account, where identifiable
Local data: Recordings stored on your device can be deleted directly from the app. Open the app → tap “View My Uploads” → delete individual recordings or use “Clear All”.
