SCS Portal
The main idea is personalization, serving relevant content + social content aggregation to become a portal really useful to students.
Other things that might be useful are tutorials for various activities (including protocol and a FAQ about university bureaucracy, etc).
- used yeoman with the webapps generator for scaffolding and live-reloading,
- used sass as css pre-processor,
- used bootstrap as css framework,
- used bower as a dependency manager,
- used vim as editor.
Optimization is done entirely by grunt, with the gruntfile generated by yeoman. Includes minifying the CSS and the JavaScript, concatenation of all files scss->css into one, and images minifycation.
