Project Description:<\/mark><\/strong> Recent breakthroughs in gene therapy have paved the way for a new generation of medicines and laid the foundation for next-generation technologies. A robust gene delivery system is crucial for successful gene therapy. Natural and synthetic macromolecules, key components in soft nanotechnology, are central to developing delivery vectors with specialized structures and functions. This project proposes a novel computational approach to smartly tune polymers and\/or nanocomposite architectures as efficient building blocks for polymer-based nanoplatforms (PBNs). We aim to: (i) create delivery vectors tailored to the gene or drug being delivered, helping reduce the socio-economic burden of various diseases; (ii) develop a protocol to identify drug\u2013excipient combinations that yield stable, self-assembled PBNs as intelligent delivery vectors. These systems form the scaffold needed to move from conventional drug\/gene delivery to personalized medicine. We integrate cutting-edge AI and advanced modeling techniques to guide the adaptive design of nanoplatforms and demonstrate how computational tools can accelerate the discovery of novel delivery vectors with technological applications.

 <\/a>Activities:<\/mark><\/strong> My work in the ADAPT4dlvrY project lies at the intersection of computational modeling, mathematical analysis, and AI, focusing on polymer-based nanoplatforms for drug and gene delivery. I contribute to the design and implementation of a web-based platform that integrates AI techniques with mathematical modeling using machine learning tools. A core activity involves identifying, adapting, and developing mathematical models – based on ordinary and partial differential equations – that describe the behavior of polymers and nanostructures. These models are tested through numerical simulations and data fitting with experimental datasets. I also help build computational tools that support simulation, visualization, and model-based exploration, aiding the shift toward adaptive, personalized nanomedicine.

Project Description:<\/mark><\/strong> Are you a first-year student, lost in the Euclidean vector space? The ROSE project is designed to help you adapt to the performance requirements of the university environment. This is achieved through optional courses aimed at solidifying the mathematics and computer science knowledge acquired in high school. Additionally, participants benefit from weekly group meetings with assigned tutors, individual consultations, teambuilding activities for personal development and career guidance, as well as workshops to enhance socio-emotional skills.

Project Description:<\/mark><\/strong> Building on the success of the MatLan Erasmus + project (2014-2016), the MATh.en.JEANS association (MeJ) recognized the potential of its paired mathematics research workshops as an excellent opportunity for transdisciplinary teaching. The Maths & Languages project emerged with the aim of sharing, enhancing, and extending this pedagogical approach with (and for) mathematics teachers, foreign language teachers, and researchers across Europe, bringing together 10 European high schools. This collaborative initiative was organized by “Emil Racovi\u021b\u0103” National College in collaboration with the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Babe\u0219-Bolyai University.
