Cancellation policy

Due to financial commitments, the organizers cannot refund the entire registration fees. However, if a registered participant will submit a written cancellation before June 28, 2012, the amount of EUR 50 will be retained, the rest being returned. No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after June 30, 2012.

 

Registration Fees

•  Senior Researcher

  • Early registration: 220 Euros (before March 30, 2012)
  • Late registration: 250 Euros (after March 30, 2012 but no later than May 30, 2012)

•  Students* (*Official certificate required)

  • Early registration: 120 Euros (before March 30, 2012)
  • Late registration: 150 Euros (after March 30, 2012 but no later than May 30, 2012)

The basic registration fee covers:

•  conference kit

•  full access to all sessions and coffee breaks

•  welcoming cocktail

•  *one day excursion on Thursday (July 12, 2012) (*Since the number of the registered participants exceeded the number of positions for the castle visit this option will be not available starting with April 12th, 2012. As a consequence the registration fee is 190 Euros for Senior researcher and 90 Euros for students)

•  conference banquet on Friday (July 13, 2012)

Regular participants are also encouraged to register for:

•  five lunches (one in each full working day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday): 8 Euros x 5 days= 40 Euros

•  three days trip to Maramures County (between Sunday, July 15, 2012 and Tuesday, July 17, 2012): 140 Euros

The Accompanying persons willing to attend the social events of the conference should pay:

•  welcoming cocktail: 10 Euros

•  one day excursion: 60 Euros

•  conference banquet: 30 Euros

•  five lunches; 40 Euros

•  three days trip to Maramures County: 140 Euros
