Requirements and grading

Attendance is compulsory; at most 2 absences at labs are allowed, save for medical or other justified reasons (see also http://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/wp-content/uploads/Hotarare-CDI-15.03.2017.pdf).

Also, at most 2 lab assignments, or one lab and the project, may be delivered for grading in one lab class.

Final grade is:

Notes:

Minimum grade: 4.5 for written exam, 4.5 for the weighted average;
Late turned in lab assignments are penalized by 1 point / week past due date (so a lab assignment that would normally get a 9, but is 2 weeks late, will get only a 7).
for the written exam, you are allowed with an "official cheat-sheet" - an A4-size paper, written on both sides. This must be hand-written by the student and will be turned in together with the exam papers.
