If you are interested in the conference and you would like to receive further information, please fill the pre-registration form here.

Registration will be open at the beginning of November, 2014.

 

Registration Fee:

Until May 1, 2015:

Regular 180 Euros

Accompanying Person 120 Euros

Student * 100 Euros

 

After May 1, 2015:

Regular 220 Euros

Accompanying Person 150 Euros

Student * 120 Euros

(*) Student status confirmation is required.

Conference fee covers:

• conference materials
• four lunches (July 14-17, 2015)
• conference reception (July 14, 2015, Evening)
• refreshments during the conference
• half a day trip in Cluj (July 16, 2015, Afternoon)
• conference dinner (july 16, 2015, Evening)

The payment can be made by bank transfer until May 1, 2015,  the reduced fee, and until June 1, 2015, final fee, in the following account:

Otherwise, the payment can be made cash (in Euro) at the Registration Desk at arrival in Cluj-Napoca.

Remarks:

• When sending the money, please make sure that all required fees are paid on your side,  and that we are going to receive the whole amount, with no extra charges on our side.

• Please check that the bank receipt contains: Reason for payment ICNODEA 2015, your Name, University and Country;

• Payment Confirmation is needed by e-mail to icnodeacj@math.ubbcluj.ro after scanning your bank receipt.

Cancellation Policy:

100 Euros Refund fee for regular participants, 80 Euros Refund fee for accompanying persons and 60 Euros for students will be applied to cancellations before May 15, 2015. Cancellations after May 15, 2015, will not be refunded. The refunds will be reimbursed after the conference.
