Function 62h (98) Get PSP Address . DOS 3.0
Returns the segment address of the Program Segment Prefix (PSP) for
the current process.
On entry: AH 62h
Returns: BX Segment of the PSP

Function 62h returns in BX the address of the PSP for the program that
is currently running.
