A story with algorithms and numbers. Grigor Moldovan, one of the pioneers of Romanian computer science

Recently, both the printed edition of Adevărul and the online edition (adevarul.ro) devoted an extensive article to the distinguished professor emeritus of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Grigor Moldovan, one of the pioneers of Romanian computer science.

A Romanian mathematician and computer scientist, Grigor Moldovan dedicated his whole life to his passion - he ran the first Computing Centre in Cluj, published the first Romanian problem collection dealing with logic schemes, and Fortran programs, and guided thousands of students on the path of high-level computer science.
 
Grigor Moldovan (82), a well-known Romanian mathematician and computer scientist, was a university professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the "Babeș-Bolyai" University of Cluj-Napoca, but above all, a pioneer in Romanian computer science through the software he created and developed.
